I’ve been training at Midtown Strength and Conditioning for over three years so I feel qualified to speak from experience. Camilo is an awesome coach who knows how to motivate people and get them to perform their best each time they step into the gym. Perfection isn’t required, just showing up is. It’s more than a gym because the people you train with become friends and support each other in achieving their individual goals. As long as you show up and work hard you’ll never regret it. Give it a try because all you have to lose is weight (if that’s your goal).
